Sara is 6th generation farmer, and livestock steward in the Heart Mountain area. Using regenerative practices (no-till, cover crops, rotational grazing, and no chemical in-puts) to raise ancient and heritage varieties of grains such as wheat, corn and barley. Growing these to make nutrient dense grains that are freshly-stone milled for you with no enrichment. We are making old new again.
